Mr. Peabody & Sherman is the story of a very intelligent dog named, Mr. Peabody & his adopted human son, Sherman. Employing a time traveling machine known as, the WABAC, the pair travel the past to see picture historic moments & meet historic people primary. However, once Sherman gets into trouble in class because of Penny Peterson(Ariel Winter), Peabody decides to ask Penny & her parents, Paul & Patty Peterson for dinner to resolve the problem. However, the intelligent dog's set up dreadfully backfires once Sherman tells Penny regarding the WABAC & she being the objectionable & inquisitive woman that she is, decides to try and do some time traveling of her own. Now, it's up to Mr. Peabody & Sherman to save Penny & come back the space-time to normal before the Petersons notice their daughter's missing.
